ERP integrations

Connect Operativo to your ERP

REST API, webhooks, polling, SQL bridge and connectors to bring orders, items, routings and BOMs into Operativo and send progress, statuses and events back to your ERP.

What comes into Operativo

Source data to plan and produce

Your ERP stays the system of record. Operativo receives the data it needs to turn real orders into a plan, material requirements and shop-floor activity.

  • Customer orders and jobs
  • Items, routings and bills of materials
  • Quantities, due dates, priorities and customer
  • Machines, operations or ERP codes to map

What comes out of Operativo

Progress and statuses ready for your ERP

As the scheduler, MES, WMS and shop floor update the data, Operativo returns consistent information to the external system.

  • Order status and operation status
  • Progress percentage and completed pieces
  • Expected dates, delays and order completion
  • Actual times, operation events, downtime and scrap

A channel for every IT context

Not every company can integrate the same way. Operativo covers modern flows, legacy systems and progressive rollouts.

Direct REST API

Documented endpoints to import orders, items, routings and BOMs, and to read statuses, progress and operational data.

Ideal for modern ERPs, customer portals and custom software.

API + webhooks

Operativo receives inbound data via API and pushes outbound events whenever operations, orders or progress change.

The right choice when your ERP can receive HTTP calls.

API + polling

When the customer cannot receive webhooks, the ERP polls Operativo periodically to read progress and statuses.

Useful on closed networks or in IT environments with strict rules.

SQL bridge / connector

A local connector reads and writes staging tables for legacy or on-premise systems without exposing the database to the cloud.

Designed for SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, AS400 or vertical management systems.

File import/export

CSV or Excel files remain available as a fallback for pilots, quick starts or low-frequency data exchange.

Not the preferred channel, but it avoids double data entry in the early steps.

In a demo we walk through inbound orders and outbound progress, choosing the most suitable channel among API, webhooks, polling, SQL bridge or import/export.
